During your tenure as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services - OCA ITDD, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
· Evaluate the Information Technology (IT) related opportunities and risks in relation to a potential merger, acquisition or divestiture.
· Identify potential remedial actions to address, and communicate due diligence key findings
· Assess IT-related performance of companies and develop potential options to enhance performance or reduce operating costs
· Assess the IT strategy and alignment with the firm’s business strategy
· Comment on IT vendor contracts and degree of reliance on key support services
· Support the project team in the preparation of reports and deliverables
· Basic knowledge of accounting and finance

Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM field with a Master’s in management or MBA
· Experience in IT systems applications, architecture, infrastructure, and good understanding of common IT processes
· Prior exposure to the M&A lifecycle and due diligence preferred
· Core skills in written and verbal communication, report writing, facilitation and presentation to senior executives.
· Highly collaborative, teaming across client departments and functions
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Awareness of industry trends and insights are also valuable
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and (fluency in Arabic is desirable) for the purposes of clearly communicating to clients, stakeholders and teams.
· Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
