During your tenure in the Brightstar program, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

• Supporting the delivery of Enterprise Technology & Performance engagements within the practice.
• Assisting with business development and marketing activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies.
• Supporting project teams to deliver a superior client experience.
• Gaining exposure to deep sector expertise and supporting engagements across accounts within chosen industries/sectors such as Energy, Industrial Resources, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, etc.
• Learning innovative approaches to analyzing data and solving problems to help draw meaningful conclusions.
• Embracing new ideas that challenge conventional thinking and recognizing opportunities where others may not.

Qualifications

• High-achieving students from reputable universities
• GPA above 2.5
• Positive attitude and strong appetite for learning
• Team player
