During your tenure as a Senior Consultant in the AI & Data team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
· Understand Client Strategies and be able to formulate data strategy to align with business value
· Ability to assess as is data and analytics client practices against best practices
· Ability to draw a target state for the client and roadmap to reach that target
· Ability to design data governance framework and understand data governance practices
· Great understanding of data management domains such as data quality, master data management, data cataloguing, data architecture, etc..
· Ability to manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
· Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
· Conducts research on economics, sector and market conditions to better understand the client’s needs
· Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
· Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
· Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
· Recognize technology as a business enabler
· Applies experience to enhance standard methods and tools; promotes their use through knowledge sharing
· Ability to define data needs and source, cleanse, structure and store data to create the foundation for sustained management and business integration

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data and Analytics is a must
· 2 to 3 years of experience in Consulting is a plus
· An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering; MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
· Strong understanding and appreciation of software development and database design
· Knowledge of data management tools and techniques is a plus
· Knowledge in DAMA is a plus
· CDMP certification is a plus
· Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours
· Willingness to travel (required)
· Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
· Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
· Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
