We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented professional with experience in Avature, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or recruitment platforms to join our Talent CoE team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, delivering accurate reporting, and providing insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the ATS / Avature / recruitment platforms.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on hiring metrics, pipeline health, and process efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and provide data-driven insights to Talent Acquisition and Talent leadership.
- Support system troubleshooting, enhancements, and end-user training.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment workflows and improve user experience.

Qualifications:
- Around 3+ years’ experience in a large corporate or Big Four environment
- Bachelor/Master degree, in relevant field
- Previous experience working with ATS / Avature / recruitment platforms.
- Strong reporting and analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Ability to manage data accuracy and translate insights into recommendations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- English language fluency required; Arabic is a plus
