As an Internal Communications Senior Associate at Deloitte, you will support the development and delivery of effective internal communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire our people across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with leaders, enabling functions, and various business units to help ensure alignment of messaging and contribute to promoting a strong, inclusive culture. During your tenure as an Internal Communications Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Develop, implement, and manage internal communication strategies and multi-channel campaigns that support Deloitte’s objectives, culture, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to craft clear, consistent, and engaging messages tailored to diverse employee audiences.
- and other platforms to ensure timely and relevant information flow.
- Measure and analyze communication effectiveness, using feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead change communication efforts to support organizational transformation and employee engagement.
- Support in crisis communication and employee relations messaging as required.
- Ensure all communications comply with Deloitte’s brand guidelines and corporate standards.
- Drive innovation in communication methods and tools to increase impact and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional, global teams, and key account teams to leverage best practices and align messaging.
- Ensure consistency between internal and external communication messages and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of communications experience, ideally in professional services, financial services, consulting, or agency environments.
- Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with advanced presentation and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and familiarity with social media management for internal audiences.
- Experience in event coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Experience in HR/talent/people focused marketing and communication is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of the regional market and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Perfect command of Arabic and English. French is an asset.
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
