As a Senior Associate in Deloitte’s regional Brand, Marketing & Eminence (BME) team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic marketing, branding, and eminence initiatives that drive growth and client engagement for a business line. You will work closely with business teams and central marketing functions to execute integrated campaigns, manage brand compliance, coordinate events, and provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead support for planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns aligned with business strategy and Deloitte’s global standards.
  • Review and refine thought leadership content to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to analyse campaign metrics, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct quarterly brand audits and ensure marketing materials comply with Deloitte’s brand guidelines.
  • Respond to brand queries and support brand awareness initiatives, including training sessions.
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets; support event execution and post-event analysis to measure ROI.
  • Maintain marketing activity trackers and produce detailed reports on campaign and event performance.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and provide regular updates on market trends and best practices.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across business lines, marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services, financial services, consulting, or agency environments.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing technology platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Professional and composed under pressure.
