As a Growth coordinator, they will support the Middle East Risk Advisory Growth team in strategic planning, business development, and other strategic initiatives including but not limited to the following:

  • Support Key Accounts growth
  • Coordinate activities for key strategic clients
  • Support key accounts industry client pursuits
  • Conduct industry market and client analysis
  • Reporting
  • Prepare and analyze industry/service line performance reports
  • Ensure appropriate reporting and flagging of discrepancies
  • Industry/Service Line Planning
  • Track and report industry/Service Line opportunities
  • Drive and implement industry strategies and initiatives
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of multiple projects/initiatives within the industry program; source relevant support across the organization including marketing, communications, events, knowledge management etc.
  • Maintain strong and effective relationships with various stakeholders within the firm

Qualifications:

  • Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Marketing or any other related business studies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
  • Proactive and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Possess strong project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language, Arabic is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analytics - responsible for performing data analysis, utilizing analytical skills to find correlation between different types of data
  • Provide industry and client specific business processes by offering clients recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives
  • Proactively seek opportunities and identify initiatives around brand positioning
  • Working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop technical proposals
  • Ability to navigate multiple commitments on a regular basis to balance tasks across various client commitments
  • Daily communication with senior team members and peers
  • Addressing requirements and tasks raised by senior team members
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports for industries and accounts to support business growth
  • Ensure appropriate reporting and flagging of discrepancies
