During your tenure as a Senior Associate Executive Assistant, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:
- Proactively managing multiple partners’ complex calendars and ensuring optimal time allocation.
- Planning, coordinating, Partners travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Preparing, processing, and monitoring expense reports with accuracy and compliance.
- Drafting and reviewing deliverables, assisting in high-quality presentation decks, and ensuring partner deadlines are met.
- Developing PowerPoint presentations and reports with strong visual and business impact.
- Anticipating partner needs, demonstrating flexibility, and ensuring prompt responses to requests.
- Coordinating across teams and stakeholders to support business deliverables and smooth operations.
- Mentoring and supporting junior associates in adopting best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership/partners.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex calendars and senior-level travel logistics.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure with discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
