We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong project management skills combined with a solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of HR initiatives and programmes.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between HR, business units, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in project management
- Proven experience managing projects, preferably within HR or related functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices is an advantage.
