Overview:
Deloitte Middle East is seeking a results-oriented and entrepreneurial AWS Sales Specialist to join our practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving AWS cloud-related business across key accounts in multiple sectors, including Financial Services (FSI), Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I), Public Sector, and Consumer industries. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal account teams and AWS alliance partners to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, positioning Deloitte as a cloud transformation leader in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AWS cloud services sales by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities across a diverse portfolio of clients in KSA/ UAE.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and aligning AWS-powered Deloitte solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with Deloitte’s internal account leaders to align AWS opportunities with existing and target clients across industry sectors.
- Partner with the AWS alliance and sales teams to build and execute joint GTM plans, leveraging co-sell motions and AWS funding programs.
- Lead demand generation activities including client workshops, executive briefings, events, and tailored AWS solution pitches.
- Identify client needs and pain points, and map them to Deloitte industry assets, accelerators, and AWS-native solutions.
- Work with Deloitte’s engineering and cloud transformation teams to prioritize and scale Deloitte assets for deployment on AWS.
- Create and manage account-specific sales strategies, pipelines, and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and deal shaping activities, ensuring commercial and technical alignment.
- Educate clients on AWS innovation areas, promoting cloud-native capabilities, emerging tech (e.g., GenAI, analytics), and security.
- Monitor AWS market trends, competitor activities, and new offerings to continuously enhance Deloitte’s value proposition.
- Serve as a cloud ambassador, representing Deloitte at AWS events, industry forums, and regional client engagements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in cloud sales, business development, or alliance management – with a strong emphasis on AWS.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and building client relationships in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture fundamentals, and the AWS partner ecosystem.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry challenges and digital transformation trends in FSI, ER&I, Public Sector, and Consumer markets.
