During your tenure as a Senior Manager - EPM, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas
- Help refine (continuously upgrade) Deloitte’s finance operational excellence and intelligent automation offering.
- Lead and Manage end-to-end large scale and complex transformational programs in finance operations, focusing on offerings associated with business finance, finance strategy, global business services, finance operate & controllership and treasury, ensuring they meet timeline, budgets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to assess current-state operations, identify pain points, and design future-state processes that align with business objectives.
- Bring expertise about market's best practices, KPIs and benchmarks.
- Work with senior leadership to craft and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and strengthen our regional network.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders, guiding them through their transformational journeys.
- Represent Deloitte in client interactions, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives, positioning the firm as a trusted partner in finance transformation.
- Manage complex transformation and implementation projects, from design till go-live.
- Ensure seamless delivery of engagements, managing global cross-competencies teams to achieve client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Manage and mentor diverse, high-performing teams to deliver excellence across client engagements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the practice.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Technical focus and credential in EPM design and implementations
- Professional accreditation (such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or similar)
- At least 7 years of experience from a consulting firm
- Self-starter, Smart, Ambitious, Team Player (able to lead, coach and develop more junior colleagues)
- Experience in the Energy, Resources, and Industrials sector (ER&I)
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
