Technical Capabilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data management solutions (preferably using Informatica IDMC), covering Data Governance, Data Quality Metadata management & Master data management (MDM) in compliance with NDMO, DAMA.
- Develop and implement data architecture blueprints and data integration models aligned with business needs.
- Manage large-scale data migration and integration programs, leveraging ETL/ELT tools and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Develop and maintain data quality frameworks (preferably using IDMC) — defining business rules, scorecards, and automated data remediation processes.
- Provide expertise in data cataloging tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Ataccama, etc.).
- Oversee metadata and lineage management (Preferably leveraging Informatica Data Catalog and Axon), ensuring end-to-end data visibility.
- Lead master and reference data management implementations, including hierarchy management, survivorship rules, and golden record creation.
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and single source of truth.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with NDMO, PDPL, GDPR and related frameworks.
- Lead and mentor teams on data governance frameworks, metadata strategies, and stewardship processes.
Functional Capabilities:
- Define and operationalize data strategies and operating models in alignment with client business objectives.
- Sound working knowledge of data management frameworks like NDMO, DAMA.
- Advise senior stakeholders on data governance maturity and roadmap development.
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions, connecting data management to business value.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, HR, operations, digital) to embed data ownership and stewardship roles.
- Support change management and data literacy initiatives to strengthen organizational data culture.
- Develop proposals, statements of work, and contribute to practice development for data management offerings.
- Manage client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and oversee junior team members’ growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of practical experience in Data Management Platform implementations or related roles.
- Previous experience working on data-intensive projects and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours.
- Willingness to travel across GCC region (50-75% of time)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Big Four or Global System Integrators is a plus.
- Arabic language is a plus.
- Professional Certification in any of the data management tools (preferably Informatica IDMC) or platforms will be a plus.
