During your tenure as a Senior Manager in Operations Transformation, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Define how the engagement should impact broader business objectives and create a team environment that builds accountability for and commitment to meeting engagement objectives
  • Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience
  • Build deep sector expertise, and manage engagements across accounts within chosen industry/ sector
  • Lead initiatives to develop and market intellectual capital in chosen sector
  • Recommend new and innovative approaches to analyzing data and solving problems to help draw meaningful conclusions
  • Develop new ideas that challenge conventional thinking and recognize opportunities where others may not
  • Focus client on value-generating initiatives to accelerate the pace of change; identify metrics to monitor and analyze performance against corporate goals
  • Stay current with a client’s business and financial situation and understand financial impacts of proposed solutions
  • Manage and advance relationships with clients beyond immediate engagement needs and serve as a trusted advisor, setting aside personal agenda to strengthen interactions with clients
  • Take control of challenging situations and diffuse escalated situations calmly by controlling own emotions and recognizing emotions in others
  • Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; assemble a pursuit team with the necessary skillset and knowledge needed to prepare sales materials

  • Articulate an informed opinion on leading edge technologies and how they affect emerging business models in domain area

·       Stay informed on emerging technologies, standards and applications within chosen sector and domain, and demonstrate ability to articulate how technology enables and differentiates organizations and amplifies their success

  • Ability to apply deep sector expertise to lead initiatives in a given offering domain and enable a client’s transformation
  • Assemble and lead teams to develop eminence, tools, or related materials to support new market offerings and methodologies
  • Demonstrate strong industry expertise and use it to provide context-driven advice and services to the clients
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Business Operations competencies such as business model transformation, operating model transformation, operational excellence, business process optimization and reengineering, and programme / project management
  • Articulate how new and emerging technologies enable our clients’ core business, such as the use of Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”), Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), IoT, Blockchain and Cloud solutions.
  • Advise, design and deliver transformation programs and sector specific solutions to clients that realize sustainable operational process efficiencies, enhance capital effectiveness and achieve business productivity
  • Drive operational changes through operating model transformation while leveraging on emerging technologies to support clients achieve their objectives
  • Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership by writing articles on area of expertise
  • Demonstrate ability to explore new opportunities and sell additional services to new and existing clients by strengthening relationships whilst on engagements and through providing exceptional client service

·       An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
  • Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels  
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a plus
  • Competencies required in one or more of the following areas: Business of Technology Transformation, Operations Excellence, Payments & Revenue Cycle Innovation, Emerging Business Models, Operating Model Transformation, Robotic & Intelligent Automation, Strategic Cost Transformation or Real Estate & Location Strategy
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team

·    Certifications in related methodologies including PMP, Lean Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies beneficial

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
