During your tenure with the SAP team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Advising with respect to data assessment processes and procedures.
  • Advising and accountable with respect to ETL design.
  • Management and coordination of data loads.
  • Development of load programs via a custom ABAP program or various SAP tools such as LSMW, LTMC / Migration Cockpit, ALE, etc.
  • Manual Transformation of Data from Legacy System to SAP loadable values.
  • Manual Load of Data from Legacy System into SAP system.
  • Execution of automated data loads via SAP or other automated tools.
  • Working with Functional Consultants to verify data and troubleshoot/correct errors.
  • Accountable for all the data loads into SAP system.
  • To partner with our customers to establish the required data architecture to meet their business operational and analytics needs, including identifying lead systems for creation of master and transactional data and data maintenance flows through the solution architecture.
  • Advising and accountable with respect to ETL design.
  • Management and coordination of data loads.
  • Execution of automated data loads via SAP or other automated tools.
  • Support adjustment and development Record-to-Report (R2R) functional requirements and identification of related IT and business enablers from the initial point of view around customer initiatives to the final blueprint as a base for SAP implementation.

  • 10+ years of industry and/or consulting experience, minimum 5 years of proven experience working with SAP product suite including core ERP and R2R, P2P, O2C, Basis, ABAP, Analytics (SAP 4 HANA), BPM, Manufacturing or Data
  • Deep expertise required in one of the following areas: delivering large scale SAP transformations, as an SAP functional analyst or SAP technical architect
  • Ability to understand client’s business and provide expert level technical advisory to select the right SAP solutions to address their challenges
  • Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels  
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and SAP workflow development
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team
  • Industry expertise in Public Sector, Energy & Resources, FSI or TMT, with proven experience of delivering SAP programmes to these sectors
  • An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Master degree is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English language. Arabic is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Certifications in related methodologies including PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies
  • Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and
  • Flexible work hours
  • A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
