During your tenure as an Assistant Manager/Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will support the Risk Advisory Middle East - Internal Client Services team in working on practice initiatives including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment services within the Middle East region to meet the business needs across the Risk Advisory strategy.
- Increase engagement of key business stakeholders across the Risk Advisory.
- Develop recruitment plans and innovative sourcing strategies for expertise across Risk Advisory.
- Understand requisitions and develop detailed job descriptions to meet the job requirement.
- Create comprehensive market mappings for specific niche markets.
- Build relationships with internal and external networks and relationships to support candidate identification and sourcing.
- Take full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates.
- Engage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the recruitment process.
- Conduct candidates’ interviews, selection, and competency frameworks.
- Advise on most suitable sourcing strategies and establish delivery timelines for each position.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities are managed through Avature.

Qualifications:
- Approximately 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- English and Arabic written and verbal language skills.
- Professional qualifications, such as HR, Talent Acquisition and any other HR related certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
The candidate will be required to:
- Work within an environment where requirements change frequently and therefore this role is also likely to change and expand with time.
- Experience of international and Middle East firms would be advantageous.
- Excellent IT, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in Data Analytics and PowerPoint is essential.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload effectively and to be responsive.
- Strong time management skills as there are ongoing reporting deadlines for a variety of tasks.
- Experience of dealing with and managing senior management and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to finishing tasks to the highest standards.
