During your tenure, you will support the Risk Advisory Middle East Risk Internal Client Services (ICS) team in working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop Talent Acquisition including but not limited to the following:


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a key service line under Risk Advisory within the Middle East region.
  • Meet business needs by hiring candidates for all levels with experience in areas including, but not limited to, Internal Audit, GRC, Sustainability, and Financial Crime, etc.
  • Increase engagement of key business stakeholders across the service line.
  • Develop recruitment plans and innovative sourcing strategies for expertise across Risk Advisory.
  • Understand requisitions and develop detailed job descriptions to meet the job requirement.
  • Create comprehensive market mappings for specific niche markets.
  • Build relationships with internal and external networks and relationships to support candidate identification and sourcing.
  • Take full ownership and accountability to identify and source quality candidates.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidates’ interviews, selection, and competency frameworks.
  • Advise on most suitable sourcing strategies and establish delivery timelines for each position.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are managed through the recruitment management system, Avature.
  • Manage workforce planning and analytics along with Talent Acquisition Leader and the Partner.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment system as well as employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically recruiting for profiles related to Internal Audit, GRC, Sustainability, Financial Crime, etc.
  • Experience with Big 4 or other consultancy firms is essential.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment with flexible working hours.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
