During your tenure as an Assistant Manager/ Manager, you will support the Risk Advisory Client Onboarding team in working on practice initiatives including but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Log opportunity & Generate Job Opening ID in Jupiter.
  • Raise ServiceNow request​ and attach the needed forms.
  • Update the MECCAT form on Service now to initiate the conflict check.
  • Reviewing RFP’s with binding legal terms.
  • Initiate the MECCAT form for client and engagement acceptance and run DESC on client and if >20% GUP.
  • Obtain Responsible Party approval.
  • Get third party clearance from BR team Business Relationship team whenever there is a third party involved.
  • Raise DRB request to QRM with the needed documents for review.
  • Raise service now to MECCAT for Engagement Acceptance.
  • Asses the engagement risk section in DRMS & submit for approvals.

  • Send contract for QRM review.

  • Match JOF, open the code, charge hours, deployment sheet & pricing sheet.
  • Inform STAFFIT for Booking.
  • Provide Finance with Billing & Collection Schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages (written and verbal) and ability to conduct QRM.
  • Relevant 5-8 years post qualification experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Prior Consulting experience preferential (other Big 4).
  • Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous approach and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle internal and sensitive information with strictest confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point.
