During your tenure as an Accounts Payable Manager, you will support the Middle East Risk Advisory Finance team in the following:


Responsibilities: 

1. Accounts Payable Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and timely payments.
  • Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions, resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the accounts payable function, driving process improvements, and enhancing efficiency.

2. D365 Implementation:

    • Utilize your expertise in D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to lead the implementation and configuration of accounts payable modules.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance, to ensure seamless integration of accounts payable processes within the ERP system.
    • Provide guidance and support to end-users during the implementation phase, addressing any questions or concerns and delivering training as needed.

3. Tax Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and changes in the professional services industry, ensuring compliance in accounts payable processes.
  • Collaborate with the finance and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to tax regulations and identify areas for improvement.

4. Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of accounts payable professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the accounts payable team, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8 years) as an Accounts Payable Manager within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) ERP system implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage a team and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with vendors.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
