During your tenure as Independence Manager, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Supporting the DOI and the team on independence related tasks
  • Assisting in monitoring of personal independence
  • Business relationship acceptance and testing
  • Assisting in Engagement acceptance and testing
  • Assisting in annual inspection and testing
  • Testing of confirming independence to another auditor
  • Testing of key audit partner rotation – PIE and non-PIE

Qualifications:


  • The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients
  • Ability to conduct extensive research
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
