During your tenure as a Quality Monitoring Intern, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:


This role involves supporting to arrange, track and coordinate various types of independent quality reviews.

  • Support in tracking, arranging, and coordinating second line of defense monitoring of risk controls effectiveness across the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Support the ‘in-flight’ monitoring of ongoing projects.
  • Support in developing and enhance quality monitoring methodologies, ensuring alignment with best practices and global requirements.
  • Support in preparing reports and dashboards with key findings, trends, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with first-line teams/Quality Champions in the business to drive improvements in risk management and control execution.
  • Ad hoc project support.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Degree or experience in risk/quality
  • Degree in Business Administration
  • Interest of Quality Management frameworks
  • Interest of business and operational risk
  • Open to change
  • Strong Data Analysis & Reporting skills
  • Well organized and structured
  • Experience in coordination and tracking of projects
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
