Qualifications and skills:

  • 10+ years of consulting experience with deep domain and expertise working with clients in the Technology sector, high-tech companies in software, semiconductor, cloud, analytics, cyber networking and personal computing or equivalent experience working directly for a firm in the high-tech space. 
  • At least 8 years-experience implementing Oracle Technology including Cloud apps, Oracle Cloud ERP.

      • Experience with supply chain business processes, including Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-build, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay

      • Expertise with BI reports and OTBI, interfaces and integrations using Fusion Technology Stack,Working with Functional Consultants to understand and review the feasibility of business requirements
    • Oracle CX Consultant
      • Experineced in One or more of the following Oracle CX Products: Oracle Sales Cloud, Service CX B2B Cloud, Oracle Eloqua Marketing, Oracle Digital Customer Service, Oracle Intelegent Advisor, Oracle Content and Experience. With good Functional and technical understanding and performance such as ( Groovy Scripting, Java Script, Integration APIs, Application Composer).
  • Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels  
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, leveraging Human Capital Transformation
  • Competencies required in one or more of the following areas: Organization Design, Talent Management or Human Resources Transformation
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Experience supporting and managing billing and revenue management projects
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 3+ Oracle Cloud ERP full cycle implementations
  • Ability to drive both the sales cycle by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities and lead the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions
  • Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
  • Ability to travel 80-100%
