Leadership Capabilities:


As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be primarily responsible for identifying, driving and closing opportunities, in line with your alliance and industry focus area(s). You will be working closely with Senior Deloitte Leaders to implement and execute demand generation initiatives within the Alliance/technology relationship. Key responsibilities include:


  • Identification & Qualification of Oracle opportunities through engagement with industry contacts, the existing client base, account team leaders & service line practitioners.
  • Management of the Sales Process from identification to closure.
  • Building a relevant pipeline in line with Oracle sales strategies.
  • Developing relationships and prioritizing Deloitte with the target client base through fluency in Oracle solutions and Deloitte offerings.
  • Working with our Oracle leadership, devise and execute sales strategies and tactics to exceed sales goals, assisting Deloitte in further penetrating the market.
  • Build and maintain collaborative professional relationships with Oracle sales teams to identify, coordinate, strategize and execute against joint opportunities.
  • Advise and educate account teams on Deloitte’s value propositions in Oracle related opportunities to develop pursuit strategies, win themes and solution architectures that meet the specific needs of the account/client.
  • Connecting relevant SMEs to pursuits and engage them in deal shaping and bid responses.
  • Engage with Industry & Sector leadership to develop market strategies and solutions.
  • Work with Sales Excellence & Marketing teams to create and execute Oracle sales campaigns.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8 years’ experience and proven track record selling and managing large client relationships in the Alliance & Industry space.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to build a new sales territory within a large organisation and experience in leading complex sales processes.
  • Proven track record in building and managing multimillion-dollar pipeline and exceeding annual growth targets.
  • Experience selling professional consulting / systems integration services characterized by long sales cycles with both mid to large value transactions.
  • Fluency & domain expertise related to Oracle technology platforms and related industries.
  • Proven C-suite experience, ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations.
  • Ability to navigate, influence, coordinate and collaborate within a matrixed organisation.
  • Highly self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership experience, ability to work as a team player and act as a solution catalyst.
  • Ability to craft complex client solutions, including development of quality value propositions.
  • High proficiency in negotiation and creative deal shaping.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to travel 70%+ on average.
