During your tenure in Oracle team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Define how the engagements should impact broader business objectives and create a team environment that builds accountability for and commitment to meeting engagement objectives.
- Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience.
- Build deep sector expertise and manage engagements across accounts within chosen industry/sector.
- Manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management.

Qualifications and skills:
- Consulting experience with deep domain and expertise working with clients in the Technology sector, high-tech companies in software, semiconductor, cloud, analytics, cyber networking and personal computing or equivalent experience working directly for a firm in the high-tech space.
- Experience implementing Oracle Technology including Cloud apps, Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting to CxO and VP levels.
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, leveraging Human Capital Transformation
- Competencies required in one or more of the following areas: Organization Design, Talent Management or Human Resources Transformation
- Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team.
- Experience supporting and managing billing and revenue management projects.
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 3+ Oracle Cloud ERP full cycle implementations.
- Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.
