During your tenure as a Business Analyst in Sales & Services, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Contribute to a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions based on client requirements.
- Customize and develop modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Conduct unit testing, data migration, and user training.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
- Complex application development

Qualifications:
• Self-starter, proactive with strong communication & presentation skills.
• 1-5 years full-cycle IT experience focussed on MS Dynamics CRM implementation including development and support
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
