During your tenure as a Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas
- Design and execute L&D strategy that aligns with the business goals and drive the execution and organizational growth for business’s success.
- Lead and oversee the needs assessment process, providing strategic guidance to L&D specialists to engage with key stakeholders and the team to understand learning priorities.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and innovate L&D strategies and programs.
- Manage & lead the team towards a building successful learning culture.
- Review and optimize L&D policies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Implement best practices to enhance the quality and consistency of all L&D initiatives across the business line, across grades.
- Manage monthly/ quarterly data reporting & analysis needs and the communication (monthly wires and newsletters etc.) practices.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and effective learning content, including workshops, e-learning, and leadership programs.
- Drive high-impact learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and team-specific objectives.
- Facilitate high-impact sessions for leadership and functional training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs using metrics like ROI, engagement, and skills analysis & adoption based on the internal needs and market dynamics.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of L&D specialists, coordinators, or external facilitators.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external training vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables incl. the compliance management.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Implement the latest trends and technologies in learning, including gamification, microlearning, and AI-driven solutions.
- Drive adoption and utilization, LMS or other learning platforms.

Qualifications:
- MBA / Masters / bachelor’s in human resources, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development or related HR functions.
- Any HR / L&D with a practical application in previous roles, is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strategic project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Proficiency in Arabic is plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage & lead teams and collaborate as a proactive problem-solver and a collaborative team leader.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel / PowerBI, Presentations (PowerPoint), Storytelling etc.
- Any certification in Excel/ PowerBI is an advantage.
- Flexible to travel as required for the overall program management & a successful delivery.
- Experience with Big 4 is preferred. #LI-RY1
