As a Transfer Pricing Manager you are responsible to assist in all internal projects from a Transfer Pricing advisory and compliance perspective.

  • Assist in preparing the Transfer Pricing policies for the transactions within Deloitte entities
  • Assist in implementing the policies, including drafting / reviewing the Agreements
  • Ensure benchmarking studies are in place for all related party transactions
  • Conduct an independent review of policies implemented and ascertain the risk
  • Identify the opportunities from tax efficiency perspective
  • Advise on the transfer pricing implications for new business transactions
  • Advise on the transfer pricing implications for new restructurings projects.
  • Proactively identify the risk / exposure during the review of business transactions
  • Assist in carrying out the Transfer Pricing compliances including preparation of forms to be submitted to the Tax Authorities
  • Undertake regular review of transactions to ensure compliance and readiness for potential Audits in the future
  • Create awareness about transfer pricing regulations within different finance teams
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the knowledge of the finance teams
  • Assist in implementing the transfer pricing policies in the accounting system
  • Assist in preparing the information to be submitted at the time of Transfer Pricing assessments / disputes
  • Participate in transfer planning discussion, meetings and calls with senior management.
  • Oversea the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for related parties transactions.
  • Conduct regular TP health checks / review to ensure high levels of compliance and adherence to TP policies.
  • Monitor BEPS Pillar Two regulations and advise the stakeholders on the implications from Transfer Pricing standpoint.

  • Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other equivalent degree  
  • 5+ years’ experience in the relevant area, required in-depth knowledge and working experience relating to Transfer Pricing Regulations in the GCC countries.
  • Should have experience in Transfer Pricing policies
  • Highly motivated with a desire to work hard and exceed objectives/expectations  
  • Keen attention to detail and is adaptable, flexible and able to work under pressure  
  • Ability to develop, coach and motivate junior members of the team  
  • Good with preparing and presenting dashboards and presentations
  • Experience working in a Big 4 firm (advantageous but not necessary)
  • Excellent communication and ability to interact with multiple senior stakeholders
  • English language fluency required, Arabic language is preferred
