During your tenure as Total Rewards Manager, you will support the development Deloitte Middle East's overall total rewards frameworks while ensuring equality, fairness, transparency, and market competitiveness of the same and support business HR teams during implementation; participate in the compensation and benefits market benchmarking studies across all business lines and geographies; and handle the implementation for the internal client support positions. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Support the implementation of Deloitte Middle East's total rewards strategies (compensation, benefits, recognition), in alignment with the overall business needs, best practices, external drivers and global direction.
- Participate in the development and implementation of business Total Rewards Center of Excellence business plan in alignment with the businesses and Deloitte Middle East people and purpose strategy through departmental initiatives and projects.
- Review the total rewards policies, practices, processes, guidelines (compensation, benefits, recognition) across Deloitte Middle East and propose actions for standardization across businesses.
- Conduct analysis on existing Deloitte Middle East rewards programs (e.g. internal equity, distribution, pay ranges, etc.) to understand the current state and support the development/maintenance of programs.
- Oversee and conduct the compensation and benefits market benchmarking activities for each business line and geography within Deloitte Middle East, identify market insights, competitor practices and highlight improvement areas.
- Utilize market benchmarks, practices, and insights to apply DME’s Total Rewards salary framework design principles in salary scale and Total Rewards framework designs.
- Apply conceptual thinking across multiple total rewards activities and help identify standardization opportunities across Deloitte Middle East's business lines and geographies and propose action plans to improve employee experience and align Deloitte Middle East’s rewards practices with the business strategies.
- Develop tools and templates to be used by business HR teams during the review of pay framework and remuneration of Deloitte employees and support them on the use of tools during the review periods.
- Review the compensation and benefits related data quality across Deloitte Middle East and collaborate with business HR and Shared Service Center teams to improve overall data quality.
- Conduct costing simulations, utilization, and funding models’ analysis to support total rewards proposals.
- Propose new solutions regarding new and/or improved employee benefit plans and cost-saving measures.
- Collect names and contact information of vendors to be utilized during total rewards related activities (e.g. benefits providers, data providers, non-monetary reward providers, etc.); collect information to inform vendor empanelment activities.
- Perform and conduct any additional activities/projects/initiatives in line with the Total Rewards agenda and priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience including HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm.
- Minimum of 3 years if experience in any of these areas: Development of total rewards strategies, compensation and benefits design and management, recognition plan development, compensation and benefits tools and technologies, compensation, and benefits processes.
- Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal capabilities. Excellent presentation skills considered as a necessity.
- Ability to communicate professionally with directors, partners, and high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management).
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
