Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Global Trade Advisory team. The successful candidate will lead a team of 2-3 professionals, managing client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders. This role involves overseeing customs compliance activities of our clients and drafting reports, if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 2-3 members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Manage and nurture client relationships working with other team members in Saudi and elsewhere in the region.
- Coordinate effectively with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and compliance.
- Draft comprehensive reports and documentation related to customs matters.
- Review customs transactions of clients, to assess adherence to customs and regulatory compliance across various sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Utilize hands-on experience with FASAH and SABER platforms to support compliance and reporting activities of clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in Law, Economics, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of brokerage experience within Saudi Arabia; knowledge in customs and trade, prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or a global trade consulting firm is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with clients and team members at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to continuously learn and develop expertise in global trade and customs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Fluent Arabic speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Experience with FASAH and SABER platforms is essential.
· Experience in report writing is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of corporate import/export transactions, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance in KSA.
· Proven ability to manage projects effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver quality outcomes.
