During your tenure as a Project Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Deliver exceptional client service, maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
- Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with senior people
- Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align to people and objectives and set priorities and direction
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management, or other related fields or any relevant degree, MBA or a relevant Master degree is a plus.
- PMI-PMP or equivalent is a must
- 10+ years in managing or implementing technology systems, for example Core Banking (Temenos, Mambu, others), Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle, others), and digital platforms
- Experience in working with different banking products - across retail and commercial banking
- Experience in setting up different PMO/transformational offices
- Experience in Strategy execution and performance management is a plus
- KPI certificates is a big advantage
- Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people
- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment with flexible working hours
- Willingness to travel (required)
