During your tenure in Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Run end-of-year and mid-year performance cycles end-to-end
- Manage performance outcomes, including calibration and final rating alignment
- Facilitate talent review discussions and govern promotion processes in line with firm guideline.
- Oversee salary review and bonus processes
- Manage PIPs and performance improvement processes
- Lead employee relations cases and disciplinary matters
- Manage exit processes and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Partner with L&D to identify development needs and support capability building
- Drive engagement and employee experience initiatives
- Provide people analytics and reporting to leadership
- Maintain governance, documentation, and audit readiness

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential.
- Experience 8+ years in HR with 5+ years managing performance cycles, talent reviews, and employee relations, performance management, calibration, promotions, salary reviews, and PIPs.
- Skilled in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and exit processes compliant with labour laws.
- Proficient in people analytics, reporting, and maintaining HR governance and audit readiness.
- Ability to communicate professionally with Leadership
- Detail oriented and conscientious.
- Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.
- Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management).
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
