As a Manager in the Brand Marketing and Eminence (BME) team for Deloitte Middle East, you will lead the strategic design and delivery of marketing and eminence programmes that strengthen Deloitte’s industry leadership and client engagement across the region.
This role combines responsibility as the industry marketing lead and regional MDM events manager, driving initiatives that position Deloitte as the advisor of choice in key markets. You will work closely with industry and business leaders to translate strategy into impactful marketing campaigns and high-profile regional events, using data-driven insights and effective stakeholder collaboration to enhance Deloitte’s market presence and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Marketing Leadership
- Lead on all strategic marketing plans and activities, in close collaboration with industry leaders and counterparts across Deloitte Middle East, advising on how to drive growth and enhance client engagement.
- Develop and execute integrated industry marketing strategies for GPS, FS, TMT, ER&I, SWF, and Consumer, combining brand storytelling, thought leadership, partnerships, and market insights to elevate Deloitte’s voice within priority sectors.
- Lead the design and execution of Deloitte Private’s strategic marketing roadmap, aligning with global priorities and regional business goals, overseeing market execution, client engagement sessions, and executive forums that deepen relationships and create growth opportunities. Deliver integrated campaigns internally and externally, and high-impact programs that reinforce Deloitte Private’s differentiated value proposition in the Middle East market (i.e. Fast 50, Power of Words, etc.)
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) planning and positioning for key industry campaigns, ensuring alignment with business growth priorities, D20 accounts, and the overall BME strategic vision.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to craft industry narratives and integrated content programs that highlight Deloitte’s differentiation and expertise.
- Identify cross-industry opportunities for collaboration, enhancing growth outcomes, cost efficiencies, and brand positioning across the market.
- Identify and pursue market eminence opportunities—such as conferences, forums, partnerships, and awards—that strengthen Deloitte’s visibility and leadership position.
- Lead measurement and reporting of industry marketing performance, using data analytics and stakeholder feedback to refine approaches and demonstrate business impact.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with regional NSE and Global marketing industry teams, and alliance partners to ensure cross-market alignment and innovation.
Strategic MDM Events Management
- Serve as the regional lead for MDM events, shaping Deloitte Middle East’s event portfolio to align with strategic growth priorities, industry goals, and client engagement objectives.
- Design and oversee a multi-tier event framework (flagship, industry, and market events) that maximizes brand impact and deepens relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with leadership to identify high-value event opportunities that advance Deloitte’s market positioning—spanning conferences, sponsorships, and industry partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end strategic planning and execution of key regional events, from pre-contract negotiations, clearances, client engagement strategy to on-ground management, set-up, post-event measurement and follow-up impact reporting.
- Develop and execute unique marcomms strategies for each event, ensuring consistent and cohesive narrative across all event touchpoints, from creative, speaking opportunities, creatives, digital and more.
- Develop, oversee and track our events budgets for the FY, identifying cost saving opportunities, leading on negotiations, packages, etc. and coordinating payments related to BME budgets.
- Oversee the implementation of event governance and standards to ensure consistent quality, brand alignment, and operational excellence across all strategic events in the region.
- Advocate and implement sustainable event management policies that introduce cost effective, eco-friendly approaches and innovations.
- Maintain a regional events calendar and unique performance wrap-ups, providing visibility and insight to leadership on event outcomes and pipeline impact.
- Introduce innovative ideas, tools, approaches, and marcomms techniques that help us break through the noise and achieve more with less.
Innovation and Market Impact
- Lead innovation across marketing communications, client engagement, and messaging drives to ensure modernization and measurable value.
- Introduce new marcomms tools and technologies (e.g., AI, data analytics) that enhance client engagement and campaign performance.
- Implement and promote sustainable event management policies that reduce environmental impact and demonstrate Deloitte’s commitment to responsible business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in brand or industry marketing, with proven leadership in strategic marketing and regional event management.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and governing high-profile regional events, including budget oversight and vendor management.
- Strong skills in integrated marketing strategies, digital marketing, and campaign execution aligned with business growth objectives.
- Advanced project and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience coordinating multiple internal and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Proven leadership presence with experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative teams.
- Strategic and innovative thinker committed to continuous improvement, sustainable event management, and adoption of new marketing tools.
- Knowledge of the Middle East regional market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
