During your tenure as an Associate - Digital Experience, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
As a Digital Experience Associate, you will support the delivery and operations of Deloitte Middle East’s digital platforms by coordinating web requests, maintaining high-quality content execution, supporting SEO and analytics processes, and ensuring smooth stakeholder workflows. This role is ideal for an early-career digital professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build expertise in web experience, measurement, and digital operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Website management & coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day digital platform requests from Growth and business stakeholders.
- Execute content updates on the site backends and enhance the user experience and journey by clearly understanding site templates, do’s and don’ts.
- Translate requests into clear briefs (objective, audience, content, CTA, deadlines, approvals) and route work to the right owners (Web/Analytics Associate, Web Admin, tool specialists) under the Manager’s direction.
- Maintain trackers, follow up on approvals, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Content operations & quality assurance
- Coordinate content updates for Deloitte.com and internal platforms, ensuring readiness for publishing (correct format, links, metadata, approvals).
- Perform QA checks pre- and post-go-live (broken links, page layout issues, correct CTAs, basic accessibility checks, correct tagging requests submitted).
- Support content hygiene initiatives (page inventories, content audits, archiving, governance compliance).
- SEO support
- Support SEO execution by coordinating on-page requirements (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking) and tracking basic performance indicators.
- Assist with Search Console checks and compile recurring SEO snapshots.
Analytics & reporting support
- Pull routine reports and dashboards (web traffic, top pages, campaign landing page performance) and consolidate inputs into monthly performance packs.
- Support tagging/UTM governance by ensuring requests include measurement requirements and that stakeholders follow standards.
Digital marketing campaign coordination and support
- Support digital marketing campaign delivery by coordinating inputs (briefs, copy, creative, audience/segmentation requirements, approvals, timelines) and creating it where necessary.
- Assist with basic digital marketing platform coordination to enhance KPIs.
- Compile recurring campaign performance inputs into standardized reporting packs.
Tooling & process support
- Support the Digital team in maintaining documentation, playbooks, and training materials for stakeholders (how to request updates, how to brief pages, measurement basics).
- Assist with testing and rollout support for new features, templates, or platform enhancements.
- Manage basic digital tools to ensure proper use within the team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing operations, web coordination, CMS support, or analytics support (internships count if strong).
- Familiarity with web fundamentals (CMS concepts, basic HTML understanding a plus), SEO basics, and analytics concepts.
- Strong organization, stakeholder communication, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple requests under pressure.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English is required.
