During your tenure as an MS Dynamics Technical Architect, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Prior consulting experience is highly valued.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (such as Customer Engagement, Field Services, Project Operations, Omnichannel/Contact Centre, Marketing, and/or Commerce).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and related web development technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating AI/Copilot features and leveraging Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps).
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior staff, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management and client relationship skills.
- Interest in expanding into new areas of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Omnichannel, Copilot/AI, Power Pages) and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are preferred.
