Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Scrum practices and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and mentor Agile Scrum teams.

·        Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

·        Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on achieving sprint goals.

·        Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment.

·        Work closely with product owners to manage and prioritise the product backlog.

·        Ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements between stakeholders and development teams.

·        Track and report on team progress and performance metrics kanban boards, burndown charts, etc

·        Continuously improve team processes and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Proven experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile practices.

·        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

·        Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

·        Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

·        Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

·        Jira Administrator certification

·        Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.

·        Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).

·        Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
