Role Summary:

The Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment process of resources within a designated portfolio, working closely with senior leaders to ensure accurate forecasting and effective matching of talent to projects. This role balances autonomy with collaboration to deliver excellent resource management services.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with portfolio and offering teams to capture and update resource requirements promptly.
  • Lead weekly staffing calls and ensure project changes are accurately reflected in STAFFIT.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels to understand skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Manage consultant allocation to assignments and communicate staffing decisions clearly.
  • Monitor and follow up on accurate forecasting of chargeable and non-chargeable work.
  • Resolve resourcing conflicts and provide flexible staffing solutions for new client requests.
  • Work with HR to maintain accurate people data, including joiners, promotions, and resignations.
  • Onboard new joiners to Resource Management processes and systems via one-on-one sessions and webinars.
  • Support and guide STAFFIT users with demonstrations and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on resource availability, utilization, and revenue.
  • Investigate and address discrepancies in monthly forecast versus actual reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Experience in Resource Management, HR, recruitment, or talent management.
  • Background in consulting or professional services preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in medium to large organizations.
