As Change Management Consultant you will be:

  • Designing and deploying employee communications using traditional and social media platforms like posters, newsletters, emails, videos, social media campaigns and infographics.
  • Assessing training needs and design training content for ERP systems like SAP or Oracle using learning content development tools like SAP EnableNow.
  • Participating in change analysis including change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, training effectiveness evaluation and communication effectiveness evaluation.
  • Designing and developing change management dashboards, reports and related outputs, including, but not limited to, organization design, workforce planning, talent management and change management client growth agenda and aspiration.
  • Supporting in designing solutions that can help address complex organizational and people related issues, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.
  • Leveraging standard processes, tools and methodologies to help optimize the clients’ organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and workforce strategies and programs.
  • Applying frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Researching and staying up to date on current regional and global economic and business trends, with particular interest in HR trends to better serve our clients.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant degree, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate (ProSci) is a plus.
  • 2- 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ideally some experience in technology change management delivery. 
  • Ideally graphic design capabilities.
  • Certifications or training in creative design and/ or training software/ tools like SAP EnableNow, Articulate, Adobe suite, Microsoft suite, Canva, Photoshop and similar.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to details.
  • Willingness to be based in Amman, Jordan and travel for business purposes.
