Role: Consultant/Senior Consultant
We are seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our team in Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy patches and updates to systems across the organization.
- Monitor and assess the impact of patches on system performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.
- Collaborate with other security and IT teams to schedule and coordinate patch deployments.
- Resolve issues arising from patch deployments and update failures.
- Maintain and update patch management documentation.
- Provide reports on patch management activities and system compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of patch levels and system statuses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT systems management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Unix operating systems and patch management processes.
- Experience with patch management tools such as Big Fix, Ivanti, WSUS, SCCM, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
