During your tenure as an Intern – Infrastructure & Real Estate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas

  • Assist partners and managers in client pursuits and eminence building activities.

In Real Estate Advisory team you will:

 

    • Assist with highest and best use (HBU) and feasibility studies for evaluating land development potential.
    • Engage in market research for the residential, commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. 
    • Assist in developing land strategies and tools for market forecasting. 
    • Assist in updating and maintaining real estate supply and performance databases.
    • Support strategic urban and regional development projects. 
    • Participate in asset management projects, analyse operational performance of existing real estate assets and develop strategies for real estate optimisation and value maximization. 

In Real Estate Valuation team you will:

    • Work within a team of Chartered Surveyors to gain experience in real estate valuation across the Middle East and North Africa
    • Assist with the delivery of engagements, the collection of comparable sales/rent evidence, the preparation of client reports, valuation models and working with clients to support their real estate strategies.
    • The work will cover various use classes including but not limited to residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors

Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality, Tourism
    • Relevant internships, summer positions, or one years’ experience with a multinational organization in the hospitality industry
    • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong oral and written communication skills. Arabic is a plus
    • Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard working
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines at a high pace and in a dynamic environment
