The team sits within AI & Data consulting group. You’ll be working on a range of initiatives and projects across different sectors.
Our projects vary greatly and your responsibility as a consultant will differ based on the focus of the client engagement and your skillset. However, your role could include and may require you to:
• Design or build part of a data solution such as an ETL component, data warehouse or reporting solution, data virtualization implementation.
• Work with client stakeholders to design the source to target mappings for a large-scale data migration.
• Advise clients on appropriate tooling for a particular solution based on your expertise in specific technologies.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews or support client workshops to capture business or technical requirements for a data solution.
• Support the development of client bids and presentations of proposals.
• Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
• Develop and grow the Delivery practice by contributing to the development and delivery of training content, reusable assets, playbooks, and industry / technology propositions as well as actively participating in community events to share knowledge and nurture positive and collaborative relationships within the practice.

3 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Problem-solving skills: Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve complex problems using a structured and logical approach.
• Systems engineering: You should have experience in managing functional and non-functional requirements and have a deep understanding of systems engineering methodologies.
• Stakeholder management: Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, and to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Organizational skills: Is highly organized and efficient and has a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and innovation: Are able to think creatively and come up with new solutions to problems.
• Communication skills: Is able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
All candidates must hold a BSc of computer engineering or equivalent and have 3-6 years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
Candidates will have hands on experience with one or more technologies relevant to these areas:
• Data Integration (including ETL / ELT).
• Data Migration.
• Master Data Management.
• Business Intelligence and Reporting.
• Data Warehousing.
• Data Virtualization.
• Big Data Engineering.
• Business and Data Analysis.
• Data Governance.
• Data Cataloguing.
• Data Quality.
We are specifically looking for candidates with both technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and have working experience in some of the following:
• Experience of working as a data analyst with ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical data designs.
• Ability to demonstrate stakeholder management skills and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in Agile and/or DevOps for software development & IT operations and knowledge of SDLC.
• Experience in ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend or Pentaho.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management tools such as Informatica MDM, Informatica AXON, Informatica EDC, and Collibra.
• Knowledge of one or more databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Spark or Python.
• Familiarity with popular cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud and distributed processing technologies such as Hadoop.

Personal independence.
