We are seeking a React Native Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our team as a technical leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile application development using React Native, a deep understanding of application architecture, experience in project management and leading large-scale projects, and ability to drive the technical direction of cross-platform mobile applications.
• Serve as a technical leader and expert in React Native development.
• Architect, design, and develop complex mobile applications using React Native.
• Perform strategic planning and decision-making at the architectural level.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team resources.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements, create technical specifications, provide progress updates, and address feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Lead innovation initiatives and exploring new technologies and frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mobile app development (significantly in React Native).
• Mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, and the React Native framework.
• Expert in state management libraries, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.
• Extensive experience in mobile app UI design principles and interface guidelines.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex mobile projects.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Expert in Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and mobile app distribution practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of Agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Mastery of a secondary skill such as Flutter, native mobile development (iOS/Android), or frontend development using React or Angular is mandatory.

Personal independence.
