As an Oracle ERP Cloud Senior Manager, your role will involve:
  • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
  • Understanding and applying Deloitte’s risk management and independence policies in the performance of client services.
  • Contributing to innovative thought leadership and incorporating it into our market strategy.
  • Leverage new and existing client relationships to identify and negotiate sales opportunities, then developing and driving opportunities to closure.
  • Demonstrating commitment to the values and future of Deloitte.
  • Engaging in both advisory and delivery projects, from helping clients with their transformation strategies, to supporting the full lifecycle of Oracle delivery projects.
  • Developing and driving new client opportunities.
  • Driving a dynamic work environment where the team can embrace and respond to change or ambiguity, providing direction and comfort to the team in times of uncertainty.
  • Working with our clients to design business processes and solutions supported by Oracle technology.
  • Holding yourself and team accountable for ensuring that results are achieved.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need the following:
  • Management of large teams including onsite, offshore and third parties to deliver large and complex Oracle programmes.
  • 12+ years’ experience of working across Oracle ERP project lifecycles, including implementing some combination of Oracle Financials, Procurement and Supply-Chain modules using an agile framework.
  • Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally.
  • Manage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of risk in relation to Oracle delivery projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diversity in the global workplace and a commitment to inclusion.
  • Knowledge of market trends, including opportunities and competitor activities in market assessments.
  • Industry experience within Financial Services, Retail or Public Sector being preferable. For Public sector candidates security clearance is also preferable.
  • Experience in leading sales to deliver Oracle projects - including the development of new business, bids and expansion on existing accounts.
