We are seeking an expert React software engineer and leader with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and building web apps using React, with solid knowledge in CI/CD, TDD, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

• Serve as a technical leader and expert in React development.
• Architect, design, and develop complex web applications using React.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Write and review unit tests for new and existing code to ensure stability and reliability.
• Perform strategic planning and decision-making at the architectural level.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define project requirements, create technical specifications, provide progress updates, and address feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in web app development with React.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Understanding of web design principles, interface guidelines, and accessibility needs.
• Experience of TDD, BDD, contract testing, and shift-left/shift-right testing practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of working with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in a secondary skill such as NodeJS or Angular is a huge plus.
