Technical Job Description and Responsibilities:
The role of a ServiceNow GRC Senior Developer includes collaborating with other engagement team members to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects. As you build knowledge and experience, you’ll become a credible advisor to junior consultants to deliver work products across the focus areas mentioned above within the organization as well as the client contacts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform – Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and other risk management processes.
• Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions.
• Design and develop solutions to automate client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements for GRC including layout, workflow, reporting, notifications, questionnaires, access control, packaging, etc.
• Review project deliverables to ensure that they are of the highest standard in terms of quality and value to the client.
• Coordinate among enterprise stakeholders to ensure the solution meets requirements and is delivered within expected timeframes and on budget.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, demonstrate the ability to assimilate new knowledge.
• Remain current on new developments in GRC technology implementation services capabilities and industry knowledge to be able to advise clients.
• Conduct end-user training and develop necessary documentation e.g., design document, user guide.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches to completing the scope of work.
• Assist in business development activities including proposal development, proof-of-concept (POC), and pursuit management.
• Support the achievements of the team’s KPI in terms of financial and performance targets.
• Work with team members across the Middle East and Europe.
• Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.

• A recognized university degree in information technology, engineering, mathematics, accounting, business, or other relevant disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in any Big Four or Technology Consulting Firms involving GRC/IRM technology covering: Policy & Compliance Management, Enterprise Risk and Operations Risk Management, Audit Management, Third Party Risk Management, IT Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management, etc.
• Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow GRC /IRM solutions.
• ServiceNow CIS certification in GRC/ IRM suite (Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management, etc.)
• Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes.
• Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, and technical designs, defining user stories, working with onshore/offshore development teams, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding ability to engage client senior management/stakeholders during pursuits/delivery or to identify requirements.
• Deep analytical and technology development skills, strong leadership traits, and client service attitude.
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
