As an Oracle HCM Security Senior Engineer with a focus on Oracle ERP systems you can expect to be involved in the following:
Responsibilities
- Be part of the team that covers the security & controls aspects of a large-scale Oracle (cloud) transformation.
- Identify and analyze security risks within Oracle environments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement Oracle security strategies according to compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, ISO27K1 and various local laws and regulations).
- Implement user access controls, authentication, and authorization policies. by building Segregation of Duties (SoD) free role designs for Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP), HCM and SCM).
- Implement Oracle cloud GRC modules (Oracle Risk management & compliance : AAC, AFC, FRC).
- raining, and coaching a team of consultants.

To succeed in this role, you will need to match the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience With Oracle ERP and infrastructure products. Out of which at least 2 years of experience with Oracle cloud applications such as (Oracle Financials, HCM, OCI, Oracle Application Security, Oracle IAM).
- Experience with Oracle authorizations structures is a must.
- Experience with Oracle GRC tooling (RMC), Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle HCM is a must.
- Experience in functional or technical Oracle components in an IT Risk management or system implementation role.
- Experience with Oracle role design implementations and review, with at least one large implementation with HCM security components
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle scripting.
- Experience with security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001).
- Security savvy, fully familiar with terminology such as SSO, IAM and Pen testing.
- Passion for advising clients in the area of IT risk management.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle certification is a plus (e.g., OCI security professional certification, Oracle Risk Management Cloud Certified Implementation Professional).
- CISSP is a plus.
