The change management lead will play a crucial role by managing and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. They will focus on people and the organizational side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology and job roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent problem-solving and root-cause identification skills, be detailed oriented and have the ability to work collaboratively as well as influence various stakeholders including senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the change management function and implement a structured methodology for all projects to follow including ensuring templates such as RAID logs, status reports, etc are available, fit for purpose and ready to be deployed.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure clear and timely communication about the change, impact on teams and overall benefits/outcomes.
- Work with project teams to integrate and priorities change management activities into the overall change plan while ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic vision.
- Drive the overall change book of work, overseeing and challenging each project as well as carrying out deep dives where necessary to ensure no stone is left unturned and outcomes are realized.
- Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Oversee operational readiness ahead of all changes going live including ensuring training was completed, processes are documented, testing was successful, BAU teams are bought in migration plans are in place and access to relevant systems was provided.
- Oversee go-live as well as provide support post go-live to ensure processes are fit for purpose and fully functional.
- Monitor the adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes and ensure they are forward looking.
- Ensure change management budget is agreed and on track.
- Provide support to the wider Operations team as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in change management.
- Leading teams through significant organizational change.
- Programmer strategy, set-up and delivery.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and listening skills.
- Excellent in MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Self-starter who is resilient, adaptable and flexible as well as able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Be forward looking with a holistic approach.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Problem solving and root-cause identification skills as well as detailed oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and make hard decisions required to achieve project objectives.
- Project management qualification, preferably in Agile.
