As Brand and Communication Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following activities:
• Develop and execute DIH-Deloitte Innovation Hub brand strategy to meet the business objectives and further build employer brand awareness.
• Develop and implement appropriate communication and marketing plans to promote people related activities and programs internally and externally (e.g. Diversity and Inclusion, Purpose, Recruitment campaigns etc.).
• Develop Deloitte’s internal & external people and purpose related communication calendar by identifying interventions, timelines, channels and deciding on tone of voice to be used with employees and external audience.
• Develop and design communications to be sent internally and externally ensuring they comply with the Deloitte brand.
• Ensure appropriate use of existing Deloitte approved communication channels depending on the intended messages to be conveyed.
• Research and contribute best practices and participate in driving positive change in the quality and efficiency of communications.
• Assess needs, write, edit, produce, and manage distribution of internal and external communication content for campaigns.
• Maintain processes to ensure consistently high quality of communication deliverables; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and report on the allocated budget for brand communications and marketing activities.
• Provide insights on the impact of brand communication strategies on the DIH's overall success.
• Identify and build strategic relationships with different third parties like graphic designers, editors, production houses, printing agencies, video producers, event organizers.
• Work closely with both the business and internal functions to understand their requirements for their respective internal and external marketing campaigns and support their execution.

 In order to succeed in this role, you will need the following,
• Bachelor’s Degree/BA/BS in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields required. A graduate degree is favored but not a must.
• 10+ years of experience in communications or marketing department, preferably marketing financial and consulting services.
• Experience in HR/talent/people focused marketing and communication is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational firm is desired; agency experience is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of the Middle East region is a plus.
• Knowledge of best practices in BCM management is essential.
• Excellent communication, writing with advanced presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience managing and gaining maximum value from social media tools and online campaigns, marketing, and CRM tools.
• Perfect command of English & Arabic.
• Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Personal independence.

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to several audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm.
