During your tenure as Performance Management Manager, you will own, monitor and review all policies and procedures relevant to Performance Management, Recognition and Mentoring across Deloitte Middle East; ensure continuously that tools and methodologies used are aligned with leading practices to deliver DME's people and purpose strategy and; lead the development of performance programs and initiatives and collaborate with business HR teams and SSC for their implementation. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Lead the formulation of DME's performance management strategies (iRPM, mentoring, recognition, etc.), in alignment with the overall business needs, best practices, external drivers and global direction and support the development of DME's overall people and purpose strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of business Performance Management Center of Excellence business plan in alignment with the business' and DME people and purpose strategy through initiatives and projects
- Develop and monitor the implementation of the performance management procedures, processes, guidelines (iRPM, mentoring, recognition, etc.) across Deloitte Middle East and take necessary actions for standardization across businesses
- Monitor performance of the performance management team performance vis-a-vis established KPIs on a regular basis
- Collaborate with NSE, Global teams and other member firms to understand global performance management strategies, recent developments, tools and technologies to be launched and lead the preparation of Deloitte Middle East programs for such changes
- Lead the review update of tools and templates used in performance management, recognition and mentoring to ensure that they are aligned with the market best practices as well as the most recent global standards
- Lead the identification and empanelment of vendors utilized during performance management, recognition and mentoring activities. Oversee the contracting activities and manage the resolution of escalations regarding to vendors
- Oversee the deployment of DMEs overall performance management strategies. Coordinate with Business HR and Learning leaders and Talent Partners to support them during implementation
- Manage the further deployment and improvement of DMEs performance management program (iRPM). Coordinate with Business HR and Learning leaders and Talent Partners to identify pain- points and collect their feedback; and take necessary actions
- Spearhead the development and implementation (when required) of performance management programs (e.g. mentoring, recognition, etc.). Ensure that all policies, processes, procedures updated based on the program direction and support the business HR and Learning teams during the implementation
- Develop KPIs to monitor the performance of relevant processes (performance management, recognition, mentoring). Work with other HR teams to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs related to performance management and related processes (e.g. recognition, mentoring), compare the results against benchmarks to identify improvement areas and develop action plans
- Review the periodic reports on performance management process based on KPIs and present the results to Deloitte Middle East leadership
- Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates
- Contribute to the development of workforce plans for Performance Management team appropriate learning and development opportunities
- Contribute to the recruitment of talent within the Performance Management team

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience including HR management experience, preferably in a multinational firm
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field
- Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential
- Experience in any of these areas is required: Performance management, performance indicator development, performance monitoring and analysis, development of performance improvement initiatives, development and deployment of mentoring programs development and deployment of recognition programs
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Excellent level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management)
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English
