The role of the Associate Offer Management Specialist is to support the offer letter and new hire employment contract process for all businesses. This includes responsibilities such as drafting, reviewing and extending offer letters and employment contracts for new hires. Your role plays a vital part in ensuring that these documents are accurate and adhere to company standards and comply with regulations, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

Offer Letter and Employment Contract Management:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and extending offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
  • Work with the senior team members to maintain offer letter and employment contract templates.


Compliance and Documentation:

  • Support the team in ensuring offer letters adhere to local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining a record-keeping system for offer letters and related documentation.

Process Improvement:

  • Participate in identifying opportunities to streamline the offer letter management process.
  • Support in implementing improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to address offer-related issues promptly.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in the training and onboarding of new HR team members on offer letter creation and related processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and regulations related to offer letters.

Projects:

·       Support various organizational projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Developing problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint & Exce
