During your tenure as a Senior in Total Rewards, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm’s life and medical insurance programs, such as enrolling new joiners, transfers, and new members/dependents into the firm's insurance program, processing claims, and removing leavers. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance in everyday operations.
- Periodic monitoring of employee insurance bills, to ensure necessary updates are included in future bills. Highlight and document any changes.
- Periodic Validation of the enrolled members and dependents in the firm’s insurance program, and the employees who opted for flexible policies and promotions.
- Manage relationships with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and other vendors to ensure high levels of service delivery and resolve issues and escalations on time.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and HR colleagues on benefits-related inquiries, total rewards cases, and escalations, serving as a subject matter expert on medical insurance programs.
- Following up on the employee insurance inquiries with the relevant stakeholders and helping them to obtain the resolution at the earliest.
- Closely collaborate with Total Rewards CoE to drive all the operational activities and work on assigned projects.
- Responsible for administering medical and life insurance programs, staying informed on total rewards-related knowledge base content, policies, and procedures.
- Leverage Human Resources and other systems and tools to manage benefit participation. Become an expert on the system/s that supports Total Rewards.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks of Invoices, documentation, and processes to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, with a focus on medical insurance and healthcare benefits management
- Knowledge of best practices in HR management is essential.
- Technical ability and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management) recommended.
- Experience in ServiceNow administration is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives. Strong presentation skills are considered a plus,
- Detail-oriented and conscientious
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference for bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Total Rewards vertical including HR experience, preferably in a multinational firm.
