An Account Manager supports the leadership team of the key accounts which includes the Lead Client Service Partner as well as Lead Business Partners. Account Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the pipeline of projects and initiatives related to the key consumer industry accounts within Middle East primarily focused in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Internal Client Services position requires passion for the consumer industry, and adequate understanding of automotive, aviation, hospitality and retail sectors, analytical reasoning, and critical thinking. To succeed in this role, you will have to build strong relationships with all account stakeholders – the leadership, the client service team, and the client procurement to support account growth strategy; proactively navigate and collaborate across wider firms’ network as you will be reliant on its support in daily account management operations; learn from best practices and proactively suggest new initiatives in the account.

Client Portal Management:

  • Manage activities on procurement portals in relation to RFPs, questions and responses and proposal submission
  • Distributing RFPs and related information, coordinating with the account team and project teams
  • Coordinating with the project teams to ensure RFP package complete and ready for submission on time 
  • Submission of requests from project teams
  • Maintenance of RFP tracker
  • Main point of contact between key accounts (RFP Owner) and Deloitte for all RFP communications
  • Oversee and manage client vendor portals ensuring timely updates
  • Work closely with Deloitte Finance Departments to collect certificates for vendor portal monthly updates to ensure the smooth running of the portal and raise any issues
  • Manage vendor registrations for new companies

Pipeline Management & Analysis:

  • Manage pipeline updates on Jupiter
  • Prepare regular analytical reports using Excel/MS Office/PPT and updates for leadership, summarizing the status of ongoing projects, key milestones, and any issues or opportunities- amongst other reporting needs.

Client relationships:

  • Cooperate with project teams and collect information to respond to client requests
  • Maintain contact with procurement teams and key clients

Content Management:

  • Produce and distribute weekly News Media report on key accounts
  • Maintain and update key account team onboarding deck
  • Produce and distribute Win Notes and key accounts Monthly Newsletter
  • Navigate firm’s network and collect information on best practices for account branding and visibility
  • Collect Deloitte credentials with key accounts

Reporting and analytics:

  • Track performance progress against the plan
  • Analyze large data sets to produce clear and insightful executive level reports

Event management:

  • Support Account Labs and Global Meetings event content and logistic arrangements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies
  • English language fluency required; Arabic is a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
  • Possess strong project management and analytical reporting skills
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Able to analyze large number of quantitative and qualitative data and synthetize findings
  • Good and confident communicator who can interact with senior leadership
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
